In accordance with continuing mun failure over this period of time, Brooklyn is only out for this dayshift to console Peter during breakfast and for a quiet dinner.

Nightshift is a bit more productive, as Brooklyn meets his new roommate (handing off his shovel) and has a brief run-in with an angry Albel before heading out on his own. As usual, he lacked plans. He manages to run into L again in the main hall, however and is easily roped into helping the man out. They check out one, two, three doctor's offices before night ends.

Breakfast with L, though short, will have later repercussions. Speaking of, Brooklyn runs into his newest adversary from the night before during the following shift. Lunch is a short visit with Wesker, while nothing happens the next shift or the one after.

Having held Skuld up long enough, Brooklyn makes his way to the nearest bathrooms in order to grab some metal (and make a mess of himself). He shows up at the goddess's door damp and dirty but with the appropriate materials. Skuld then crafts him some rather interesting weaponry, after which the gargoyle tries to see to her safety over the rest of the evening.

Instead of talking about poor Danny this morning, Brooklyn now gets to talk with him. No hard feelings. Second shift is spent with Keman, discussing their loss of wings. Lunch is PIZZA with Peter Petrelli, while afterwards he meets up with Skuld again. His mun then fails at posting for dinner.

Having made plans to meet with the Petrellis come nightfall, Brooklyn goes to the chosen meeting spot and waits for them there. While waiting, he catches Bella Swan being munched on by Heat and comes to her rescue by bashing the AI's face in with his shovel. The Petrelli brothers show up shortly after, but night sees fit to end before they move on.

There's nothing like starting a new day off by chatting about last night's SCed run-in behind their back, and Vlad Masters is happy to oblige. Library shift is spent talking cop talk with a curious Naomi, while lunch involves chatting about weapon design with Skuld and Peter. Fourth shift involves utter mun fail as he doesn't make an appearance and dinner is spent alone.

Without plans come nightshift, Brooklyn goes it alone until he runs into a recently sedated Cloud on the Rec Field. Both of them then make their way to Dr. Disraeli's office at Cloud's request.

Breakfast this morning is spent with Renji and Sora, who try to give him a quick run down of the Institution basics but are interrupted by the riot. Sora manages to keep both the other two from joining in, so he's in fine enough shape to talk with his roommate afterwards. When given a chance to relax in the sun room, Brooklyn ends up unknowingly meeting the instigator of that morning's riot, but their conversation is short-lived. Then comes awkward shower time with Clark Kent followed by dinner in the cafeteria and another meet-up with Peter.

Despite earlier warnings, Brooklyn fails at planning and ends up starting the night off on his own. This doesn't last long, however, as he soon runs into a curious Rhode. Being the softy that he is, he ends up saddled with her as an exploring companion and the two of them head off to search for Allen Walker. Of course they miss him completely, and end up heading to the second floor where they have the misfortune of running into the hall guarded by Danny Phantom, who has just beaten the everliving crap out of Vlad Masters. After being attacked themselves, Brooklyn shoves Rhode into a side room and attempts to take the ghost boy on himself. Unfortunately, his shovel doesn't seem to do much damage, and he ends up using the distraction of other patients entering the area to grab Vlad and run off. The three of them then spend the rest of the night trying to recuperate in the adjoining hall.

Brooklyn finds himself in Landel's... and human, which causes much confusion. Leaving his room, he has a literal run-in with Peter Petrelli and, though he is generally untrusting at this point, the two of them decide to go on and explore together. Each tries to explain what they are but both are skeptical of the other.

Eventually, they reach the courtyard where they just miss Nathan, Peter's brother, and run fleeing to the gardner's shed at the sight of a couple mutant bats attacking other patients. Though, once they've armed themselves better, they go back out to see if they can help. Brooklyn had just climbed the wall to speak with Mello and Reid when the night came to an end.
